Steak Home’s menu is composed of a few quality elements with a common denominator: TIME. Whether it is the ideal Dry-aging period of the meat, the long maturation of the cold cuts and cheeses or a long preparation completed by the unfailing touch of the grill. Here, in fact, everything is about the grill.

There it is, Steak Home’s main star: the grill. The grill is the one who completes the preparation of long cooking, giving its characteristic touch to a chicken cooked at low temperature or a beef fillet, and works its magic on our Dry Aged steaks. All to be enhanced with our sauces. Here the meat is chosen according to it’s maturation time, which ranges from 2 to 8 Weeks, or even more with the Gran Riserva.

Each aging period is characterized by different flavours, but we suggest starting from 2-Week aging as the first step towards the world of the Dry Aging.

MINI MENU for kids
Steak Home also cares about the little ones, for whom a special menu was created. Everything has been specially tailored for them: paper napkins to be coloured with pencils and healthy, tasty, and eye-catching dishes. We offer animal-shaped, cheese-stuffed pasta and hamburgers which are as tasty as the adults’ food, just as the side dishes and homemade sauces.

All barbecues with friends must end with a tasty dessert. Besides some more classic desserts, customers can also go for a Tailor Sweet Box – a small chest containing a degustation of typical Italian pastries, sweet pies and cannoli. There are also the ever-present gelati in various flavours and, for those looking for that extra something, they are also available options served with an alcoholic touch.
