Steak Home’s goal has always been the search for the perfect maturation using our Dry Aging method to give flavour and texture to the meat.

The “Gran Riserva” cycle kicks off a gastronomic tour to discover the ideal maturation process for different breeds and cuts of meat.

Constant research work, combined with continuous experimentation, has led Steak Home to select different types of meat and matched each one with the ideal time and type of maturation, to be able to enjoy them to their maximum expression.
